AMORIA is our Embodied Affective Agent (EAA). ROLA is its first body. AI models provide capabilities; AMORIA brings together language and speech models, a continuous internal state and a long-term memory owned by the user, responding through speech, pauses, gaze and expression.
ROLA One is the compact upper-body edition; ROLA Unity is the full-body edition. Both are stationary, designed for conversation, emotional interaction and presence, not mobility or physical tasks.

ROLA Unity is a premium full-body robotic product with delicate electronic, mechanical, cosmetic, and structural components. Returns are accepted only for confirmed manufacturing defects or verified shipping damage.
Customers must record a full unboxing video upon delivery. The video should clearly show the outer carton, reinforced packaging, product condition, accessories, and any visible damage before the product is handled or assembled.
Any defect or shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted for misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear, cosmetic preference, installation issues caused by the customer, or failure to follow setup and care instructions.
Customized or made-to-order configurations are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Approved refunds or replacements are processed after inspection and verification.

ROLA Unity is fulfilled by REON ROBOTICS (HONGKONG) CO., LIMITED and may ship from Hong Kong or the Chinese mainland by insured air freight with freight-forwarder label handling and reinforced protective packaging.
Estimated delivery time depends on destination, customs clearance, shipment size, and final carrier handoff. Current air freight estimates:
- Hong Kong and Macau: 5-10 business days
- Japan, Korea, and selected ASEAN countries: 7-15 business days
- North America, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Gulf Middle East, and Israel: 9-18 business days
International shipping is included in the published price. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders ship on a DDU basis: import duties, VAT, customs fees, local taxes, remote-area fees, oversized-cargo handling, and clearance requirements are the customer's responsibility and are confirmed in your written order confirmation. For single-unit orders, an all-inclusive DDP option may be offered, with a destination-specific door-to-door quote.
Because this is a high-value full-body robotic product, someone must be available to receive the shipment. A full unboxing video is required for any shipping damage claim.

Every ROLA is built with premium silicone surface finishing, cosmetic hand-detailing, electronic modules, and mechanical motion components. It should be handled as a delicate robotic product rather than a conventional toy or decoration.
- Placement: Place your ROLA on a stable indoor surface.
- Environment: Keep away from direct heat, strong sunlight, high humidity, water, dust, and corrosive liquids.
- Surface: Do not bend, pull, press, or scratch the silicone surface.
- Cleaning: Clean gently with a soft dry cloth or a lightly damp microfiber cloth when needed. Do not use alcohol, solvents, abrasive cleaners, oils, perfumes, or cosmetic products on the surface.

A tracking number is emailed the moment your unit is dispatched. Every ROLA includes a 12-month limited hardware warranty and ongoing OTA software updates.
Will there be customs duties or hidden fees?
We work with experienced global logistics partners. Our prices include insured international air freight. Import duties, VAT, and local taxes remain the customer's responsibility unless stated in your written order confirmation (standard DDU basis). For single-unit orders, an all-inclusive DDP option is available — duties, VAT, and clearance handled by KOIBOT with a destination-specific quote. How do you reduce the risk of delays?
ROLA's core R&D and prototype verification were completed in early 2026, and supply-chain integration is locked in. From order confirmation to delivery, our team shares production updates with you directly, so you can follow real factory progress.
What about support or repairs after delivery?
Global customer support is available by email and our official community channels. Software issues are addressed through OTA updates; hardware issues are covered by the 12-month limited warranty with localized return and repair guidance.
Production and delivery windows are estimates based on current supply-chain and shipping schedules. Actual delivery may vary with customs clearance and local carrier conditions. We share updates at every step.
Craft / Atelier
Sculpted, cast, and finished by hand.
Every ROLA begins as a hand-sculpted form. Premium silicone casting, hand-painted surface detail, and adaptable hairstyling are finished in our atelier before assembly with the KOIBOT Smart Head. Production is capped at 200 hand-finished units per month.
