Fair Use Policy

Purpose

This Fair Use Policy explains how KOIBOT manages membership access, Amoria services, connected companion features, support resources, and usage safeguards. It is designed to keep the service reliable, fair, and secure for all members.

Membership Access Is Not Unlimited Compute

A long-term membership or founder membership provides access to eligible premium features and member benefits. It does not provide unlimited computing resources, unlimited support labor, unlimited cloud usage, unlimited storage, or unrestricted access to future paid add-ons.

Some advanced capabilities, high-volume usage, expanded storage, premium model access, or additional service capacity may require separate paid add-ons, upgraded plans, regional availability, or technical eligibility.

Account and Device Binding

Membership access is intended for one member account and one primary eligible KOIBOT device, with one approved backup or replacement device where KOIBOT confirms eligibility. Membership access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, rented, shared, pooled, sublicensed, or assigned without written approval from KOIBOT.

Fair Use Limits

KOIBOT may apply reasonable limits, queues, rate controls, throttling, temporary suspension, verification requests, or other safeguards when usage appears abnormal, automated, excessive, harmful, security-sensitive, or inconsistent with ordinary personal companion use.

Examples include continuous scripted requests, automated scraping, attempts to bypass safety systems, unusually high request volume, shared-account usage, resold access, infrastructure abuse, or activity that negatively affects service reliability for other customers.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use KOIBOT membership access, Amoria services, connected features, or support resources to:

  • sell, rent, resell, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit membership access;
  • operate automated bots, scripts, scraping tools, or high-volume systems not approved by KOIBOT;
  • bypass, disable, or interfere with technical limits, safety controls, security systems, or service restrictions;
  • harass, exploit, impersonate, deceive, or harm another person;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • collect, monitor, record, or process another person's information without proper rights or consent;
  • use the service for illegal, abusive, deceptive, unsafe, or unauthorized commercial activity.

Changes to Features and Capacity

KOIBOT may update membership benefits, feature availability, technical limits, fair use thresholds, add-on offerings, regional availability, and service rules over time. Where practical, KOIBOT will provide notice for material changes that affect active members.

Enforcement

If KOIBOT determines that an account, device, or usage pattern violates this policy, KOIBOT may request verification, limit access, suspend features, remove abusive activity, require plan changes, decline support, or terminate membership access where permitted by applicable terms and law.

Relationship to Other Terms

This Fair Use Policy works together with the KOIBOT Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Warranty, Support, and any campaign or order-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific written order, campaign, or legal term may apply.
