KOIBOT products are premium robotic systems intended for lawful, responsible, indoor use by adults. Purchasers must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Responsible Use

Customers must not use KOIBOT products for illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, discriminatory, unsafe, or unauthorized surveillance purposes.

Service Rights

KOIBOT may refuse service, cancel orders, limit support, or suspend access to services if misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of applicable laws or policies is suspected.
