We ship worldwide by insured air freight with reinforced protective packaging. Someone must be available to receive the shipment. Before handling or assembling anything, record one continuous unboxing video showing the outer carton, internal packaging, product condition, and accessories. This video is required for any damage claim.

Returns are accepted for confirmed manufacturing defects or verified shipping damage reported within 7 days of delivery. Because each ROLA is a delicate, high-value robotic product, returns are not accepted for misuse, accidental damage, normal wear, or cosmetic preference.
