Each ROLA is hand-finished and built to order, with production limited to 200 units per month. Production typically takes around 20 days from written order confirmation. Our current run is allocated, so orders placed now are built for dispatch from October, and our team will confirm your estimated schedule and allocation when you order. The regional estimates shown on this site (for example 5–9, 7–12, or 9–15 business days) describe shipping transit time after your unit ships — not the production lead time.

A ROLA in its standard configuration can be ordered and paid for here: add it to your bag, check out with the methods offered for your region, and your order is confirmed by email straight away. If you change an appearance option, or you are ordering for a business or in volume, we quote in writing instead — we issue a written order confirmation, and payment is settled by international wire transfer, in full or as a deposit plus balance schedule set out in the agreement. Either route, the same team stays with your order through to delivery.

Yes — every ROLA ordered from KOIBOT is covered by our official 12-month limited hardware warranty. Confirmed manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery qualify for a replacement unit; beyond that window, hardware issues are handled as official repairs under the warranty. Your order confirmation serves as proof of purchase, and our team remains your direct point of contact for service.

Yes. Our prices — USD 6,980 for ROLA One and USD 11,980 for ROLA Unity — include insured international air freight with protective packaging. Import duties, VAT, and local taxes for your destination remain the customer's responsibility and are outlined during your order conversation.

We ship worldwide by insured air freight with reinforced protective packaging. Timing depends on customs clearance and final carrier handoff.

Someone must be available to receive the shipment. Before handling or assembling anything, record one continuous unboxing video showing the outer carton, internal packaging, product condition, and accessories. This video is required for any damage claim.

Returns are accepted for confirmed manufacturing defects or verified shipping damage reported within 7 days of delivery. Because each ROLA is a delicate, high-value robotic product, returns are not accepted for misuse, accidental damage, normal wear, or cosmetic preference. Customized configurations are non-returnable unless defective.

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing — our standard orders ship on a DDU basis with international freight included. For single-unit orders you may request all-inclusive DDP delivery, where duties, VAT, and clearance are handled by KOIBOT for a destination-specific door-to-door quote. Our team confirms the shipping and customs details for your destination as part of your order.
