ROLA One is a premium robotic product with delicate electronic, mechanical, and cosmetic components. Returns are accepted only for confirmed manufacturing defects or verified shipping damage.
Customers must record a full unboxing video upon delivery. The video should clearly show the outer carton, internal packaging, product condition, accessories, and any visible damage before the product is handled or assembled.
Any defect or shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted for misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear, cosmetic preference, or failure to follow setup and care instructions.
Customized or made-to-order configurations are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. Approved refunds or replacements are processed after inspection and verification.

ROLA One is fulfilled by REON ROBOTICS (HONGKONG) CO., LIMITED and may ship from Hong Kong or the Chinese mainland by insured air freight with freight-forwarder label handling and protective packaging.
Estimated delivery time depends on destination, customs clearance, and final carrier handoff. Current air freight estimates:
- Hong Kong and Macau: 5-9 business days
- Japan, Korea, and selected ASEAN countries: 7-12 business days
- North America, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Gulf Middle East, and Israel: 9-15 business days
Shipping fees, duties, VAT, customs fees, local taxes, remote-area fees, and clearance requirements are confirmed through Kickstarter, the pledge manager, an official pre-order page, or written order confirmation unless otherwise stated there.
Because this is a high-value robotic product, someone must be available to receive the shipment. A full unboxing video is required for any shipping damage claim.

- Placement: Place your ROLA on a stable indoor surface.
- Environment: Keep away from direct heat, strong sunlight, high humidity, water, dust, and corrosive liquids.
- Surface: Do not bend, pull, press, or scratch the silicone surface.
- Cleaning: Clean gently with a soft dry cloth or a lightly damp microfiber cloth when needed. Do not use alcohol, solvents, abrasive cleaners, oils, perfumes, or cosmetic products on the surface.

How do you reduce the risk of delays?
ROLA's core R&D and prototype verification were completed in early 2026, and supply-chain integration is locked in — this campaign funds first-batch production, not early research. We post regular production updates on Kickstarter so you can follow real factory progress.
What about support or repairs after delivery?
Global customer support is available by email and our official community channels. Software issues are addressed through OTA updates; hardware issues are covered by the 12-month limited warranty with localized return and repair guidance.
