For customer sales, official pre-order support, fulfillment, warranty communications, and related merchant operations, REON ROBOTICS (HONGKONG) CO., LIMITED acts as the primary merchant/operator responsible for the relevant customer information, unless a specific notice identifies another REON Robotics entity.

ROLA is designed to feel personal, and we treat the data behind that experience with care.

  • What we use it for — Voice and conversation data help Amoria understand you, respond in context, and remember what matters to you over time, including conversation summaries, preferences, names, and important moments. We use it to make your companion better for you, never to sell to others.
  • Separated and access-controlled — Your data is managed separately per account, with access controlled through your account and device pairing.
  • Privacy by design — For sensitive interactions we strive to prioritize on-device (local) processing where possible. Connected services are used for account features, updates, and operational needs.
  • Encrypted in transit — Communication between your app and our servers is encrypted.
  • You are in control — Sign in to your app account to export your data anytime. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of your conversation and memory data by contacting info@koibot.net, and we will action your request.
  • Always improving — Protecting your data is ongoing work, and we keep strengthening how it is handled and secured.

Service Providers

Orders and payments are processed through Shopify and selected payment providers. Shipping information may be shared with logistics partners, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and service providers as needed to fulfill orders. We also use a limited set of providers (for example, AI processing, speech, and cloud infrastructure) only as needed to deliver your experience.

KOIBOT / REON Robotics does not sell personal information.

International Data Transfers
